Yes, you may! We’re here to meet all your flower and green needs.

5. What are your delivery fees?

We charge a flat-rate fee of ₹150 for all orders as we are investing heavily in the right delivery solutions to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

6. Can I send it to more than one recipient in one order?

Our website is currently set up where you can only enter one address at a time.
If you’d like to send to multiple recipients at different addresses, or if you’d like to include multiple messages for your recipients (such as a business delivery for Women’s Day, etc.), you will need to place a separate order for each recipient. This way, each arrangement/recipient has an order number and tracking number.

7. Can you tell me what flowers you’ll be using before I place my order?

We get all our flowers fresh every day, so it’s tough to know the exact varieties and colours we’ll be using. While we can’t promise specific flowers in an arrangement, we do promise what will be delivered will be beautiful!

8. Can I place an order with an international credit card?

We would love to make Urth accessible all over the world!
However, currently, we can only process India-based credit and debit card purchases with an Indian billing address on our website. We are working on accepting international cards in the future.

9. Can I buy a Urth Gift Card?

We are now offering gift cards that you may purchase, which can be a perfect gift for the occasion and do not have an expiration date!
Gift cards are currently available in denominations of ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000 and ₹5000. Gift cards can be used to purchase Urth bouquets, flowers, plants, and more.

Shipping & Returns

1. How do I track my order?

Urth uses different shipping partners depending on location, delivery, date, and availability.

2. How will I know when my order is being delivered?

When we generate your tracking number, it will trigger an email. If you don’t see the tracking number in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there. You’ll be able to identify which shipping method we’re using to deliver your order once you open that email. Please note that the shipping scans are not always accurate or timely.

3. Do you ship fresh flowers outside Bengaluru?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship fresh flowers outside Bengaluru. We hope to be able to get it to everyone very soon!

4. What is your Return Policy?

We do not offer any refunds/exchanges as we deal in perishable goods. However, we do make exceptions in case you

  • - Don’t receive the products within the promised delivery time
  • - Received a damaged product

We receive the right to

  • - Request product identification
  • - Determine if the product has been damaged, abused, or used.

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product; otherwise, we will be unable to address your concerns due to the perishable nature of the products.

The amount will be refunded/reimbursed to the same instrument used to transact. The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 - 10 business days, as per standard banking practices.

1. How do I create an Urth account?

Creating an account is as easy as 1-2-3!

2. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been processed it cannot be cancelled. If your order hasn’t been processed, please contact customer support. We highly recommend phoning in, as email response times can take up to 48 hours.

3. I have a quality issue with an arrangement. Can you help?

We’re so sorry to hear your arrangement didn’t arrive in the best condition. If your flowers, plants, or products are not stunning, we want to hear about it.
Please contact our Customer Service team via hello@urth.in or call us at +91 81974 97531. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and pictures of the product.
We’ll always work with you to determine the best way to make this right! Sometimes, this will mean sending a different item based on the availability of the original product delivered. We’re here to help!

4. I haven’t received my order, delivery confirmation, or tracking emails.Can you help me?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Order confirmation emails are sent directly from Urth. To avoid repeat Spam issues, we recommend adding hello@urth.in to your Contact List. This way your messages shouldn’t be spammed moving forward.
If you still haven’t found the confirmation email, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly or the order did not go through. We will be glad to check on this for you and provide you with proper confirmation.

5. Can I change the items in my order?

During peak seasons we will not be able to make any item modifications (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
Due to stock levels, processing times, and the necessary prep work required to get your order to our shipping partners on time, we may not always be able to update orders after you have placed them. To expedite this request, please contact our Customer Service team via hello@urth.in or call us at +91 81974 97531. Please provide us with your order number and the new items you’d like included with delivery and we’ll be happy to see if we can make it happen.
