Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery only within Bangalore city limits. Orders placed outside this area will not be processed.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted third-party delivery services, including Swiggy, Rapido, and Porter, to ensure your flowers and plants arrive fresh and on time.

Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are based on distance from our store:

  • ₹100 for locations within 5 km
  • ₹150 for locations within 10 km
  • ₹250 for locations beyond 10 km

Delivery Timings

  • Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Same-day delivery cut-off: 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners handle orders with care, but once the package has left our store, Urth is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damages caused by third-party services.

Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order at the provided address.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reattempts may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • In case of delivery failure due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
