Amaranth is a beautiful and unique flower to add some real drama to your cut flower arrangements. There are two main types of Amaranth grown: 'Spike' type Amaranth has an upright growing habit that adds height and drama to your vase. 'Trailing' type Amaranth has draping growth 'ropes' that hang and drape in arrangements offering a more whimsical look. Their vase life can be up to one and a half weeks when cared for properly.
