Also known as the everlasting or strawflower, Helichrysums are a cluster of ruby red flowers that eventually fade to white. These unique blooms have petals that are stiff like paper which unfold to form concentric rings in bright colours. They also make for terrific dried flowers as they retain perfectly well their shape and colour. Their vase life is up to one week when cared for properly.
