1. No Watering Needed 🌿: Your basket is handwoven from fresh leaves and filled with loose rose petals, so there's no water, foam or vase to look after. Just place it, admire it, and let it do its thing.
2. Keep It Cool 🧊: Place your basket in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fans, ACs, lamps, diyas and candles. Heat and moving air will dry out the petals and leaves faster.
3. A Light Mist, If You Like 💧: To keep the petals looking plump for longer, you can give them a very light mist of water once a day. Don't soak them, as too much water can make them brown and soggy.
4. Handle Gently ✋: The leaf basket is delicate, so try not to lift it by the edges or move it around too much. Set it on a flat tray or plate where it can stay put.
5. Let It Age Beautifully 🍂: Over a few days, the leaves will slowly dry and deepen in colour, and the petals will soften and curl. This is completely natural. Once the petals have dried, you can keep them as potpourri, or scatter them in a bath, a rangoli or your puja thali.
