Plant care tips
-These plants prefer full sun to thrive and produce abundant blooms. Place the plant in an area that receives atleast 6 hours of direct sunlight each day.
-These plants prefers slightly dry conditions, so its important to not overwater them. Do not water them overhead nor splash the foliage when watering or you'll invite disease
- Geraniums prefers well-draining soil, use lightweight potting mix which prevents waterlogged conditions and allows for proper root aeration
- Regular fertilization allows the healthy growth and abundant blooms, use water-soluble fertilizer specially formulated for flowering plants
- Deadheading is important for continuous bloom throughout the summer. Deadhead all spent blooms and also deadhead after heavy bloom
- During winters, water much less, but do not let the roots dry out entirely. Geraniums do best when given a period of dormancy through the winter months, during which they use less water and do not grow much
- Monitor your geraniums for the pests, use an appropriate insecticide
